We are once again asking families to have a conversation with their children about the dangers of walking on the frozen pond. The drainage pond in New Brighton Park is outside our supervision, and it’s crucial that students understand the extreme risks of walking on the ice and the serious consequences if it were to break. While we are reminding students at school about these dangers, we also need your support in reinforcing this important message with your child(ren).
